Australian customers and pricing

Our initial delivery market is Australia. Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). Review your selected product, quantity, delivery details and the total shown at checkout before submitting an order. Any applicable delivery charge and tax must be disclosed before payment.

Product information and orders

Please read the product description, specifications and included-item details before purchasing. Lifestyle settings and decorative props are not included unless expressly listed. Images do not override your right to receive products that match their description.

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information and tell us promptly if you notice an error. If a product cannot be supplied as agreed, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate solution. We will not substitute a different product or impose an additional charge without your agreement. Any refund or other remedy required by law remains available.

Delivery

Our Shipping Policy explains the current delivery arrangements. Handling and transit estimates depend on the product and delivery destination. An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date, but this does not remove our obligation to supply within the agreed or otherwise reasonable time or limit remedies for non-delivery.

Returns and consumer guarantees

We do not offer change-of-mind returns, including where a customer no longer wants a product or selected the wrong item, unless required by law. Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains how to request help with faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or not-as-described products.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. No supplier warranty or policy overrides these rights.

Updates to these terms

Updates apply prospectively. We will not use a later policy change to reduce rights attached to an existing purchase.
